🧠 About the Role

KikiCare is seeking a Part-Time Placement Specialist to manage nanny placements for families in Fairfield County, CT. This is a fully remote, outcome-based role where you’ll own the placement process end-to-end — with strong operational support from KikiCare.

 

KikiCare handles family intake and lead generation. Placement Specialists are responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing high-quality nanny placements.

 

This role is ideal for someone with strong communication, organization, and judgment — especially a former corporate professional looking for flexible, meaningful part-time work.

 

✅ Key Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned family placement cases from start to finish
  • Create and manage job postings across Indeed and other sourcing channels
  • Review and filter applicant resumes
  • Screen high-quality nanny candidates via phone or video
  • Present vetted candidates to families using KikiCare-provided email
  • Coordinate virtual interviews between families and nannies
  • Collect and incorporate family feedback following interviews
  • Coordinate trial days for top candidates
  • Support hiring and offer acceptance
  • Use KikiCare-provided contract templates to help families:
    • Customize nanny agreements
    • Negotiate salary, holidays, PTO, and role details
  • Support onboarding to ensure a smooth nanny start and positive experience

  • Experience in recruiting, HR, operations, project management, or childcare placement is a plus
