About this role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Full-Time Nanny to provide attentive childcare for three young children (3, 5 and 8) in New Canaan, CT. The ideal candidate will be passionate about nurturing children, ensuring their safety, and supporting their developmental needs. This role offers a long-term opportunity to work closely with a family committed to creating a positive and enriching environment for their children.

Duties

Provide attentive care for children ages 3, 5 and 8.
Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to children's dietary needs.
Assist with daily routines such as nap times, diaper changes, and playtime.
Engage children in educational activities, play, and teaching to promote development.
Perform light housekeeping tasks related to childcare, including cleaning up after children and maintaining a tidy environment.
Administer first aid when necessary and ensure children's safety at all times.
Support children's socialization by organizing age-appropriate activities and outings.
Work collaboratively with parents to follow specific care instructions and schedules.
Assist with potty training and behavioral guidance as needed.

Pay range is $32-34/hour based on experience. The family will provide a car. English speaking is required. If interested, please apply with a current resume.
